I can take it or leave it. Sometimes the addition of water and salt helps, depending on the brand.

I love ayran especıally ıf ıt ıs cold.
I used to laugh at my husband who put yogurt on chıps, then one day I trıed ıt and quıte lıked ıt. Ayran ıs an acquıred taste. |

I taught myself to like it, i did the same with red wine, coffee, goats cheese and olives. i don’t drink it that often but i like a cool ayran on a hot day.

..i make mines with the best yogurt from (yasinoglu) don,t know if i spelt that right ,,pop everything into the blender ,...cold water,salt a little ground chilli peppers ,and a dash of lemon juice...its delicious..
