Default tescodiets.com

If you are looking for a flexible plan or you have a particular diet in mind, check out www.tescodiets.com

I've been using the Totals Plan, and it works like Weight Watchers, in that every food you eat has a 'total' and you get allocated a certain amount of totals per day. You enter in the foods you eat and the nutrion calculator works it all out for you. It also gives you nutrion analyis, so you keep you the correct % of protein, fat, carbs ect. Great support forums and you are allocated a metor from E-diets as well who you can turn to with questions ect. And there are weekly weigh-in's online where you can keep track of weightloss.

You can also choose from GI, Atkins, Low Salt, Low Fat ect ect, these all have meal plans that you can substitue as you like, but I love the Totals plans which doesn't allocate meal plans and you can just input whatever stuff you like to eat. I've even developed a passion for cooking as to spare 'totals' you aren't long educating yourself which foods are 'worth it' and which are not, and believe me homecooked always wins!

Its thumbs up from me
