Smile Turkish food information needed!

Hi everyone guys!

I'm new in the forum!

I'm italian. Months ago I tried a kind of turkish hand-maded dish. It's like white rice (with something inside) wrapped by salad or something similar.

Does anyone can help me telling me the name of that food?

thanks!

sounds like dolma.
Rice and possibly pine nuts and or spices wrapped in vine leaves.

You can eat it cold or hot with yogurt.
