Hi everyone guys!
I'm new in the forum! I'm italian. Months ago I tried a kind of turkish hand-maded dish. It's like white rice (with something inside) wrapped by salad or something similar. Does anyone can help me telling me the name of that food? thanks! |

sounds like dolma.
Rice and possibly pine nuts and or spices wrapped in vine leaves. You can eat it cold or hot with yogurt. |
