hi i wouldn,t qualify to be computer savvy but maybe you need to defragg!! your computer, not sure exactly what it means think its to do with freeing up your computer all i know is my brother checks my computer occasionaly and its as if ive commited a mortal sin when he says you need to defragg your computer or it slows it down, its something to do with deleting temporary internet files or history!! please someone who knows correct me if im wrong, i know you go to tools and click on internet options and delete temporary files and cookies, oh god i hope im helping and not making it worse wish i,d kept quiet now!!! cheers karen

I've just managed to delete some stuff but I'm also going to delete those temp internet files when I can find them!

Hi Jen,

Click tools on your browser page, then internet options, you should have an option for browsing history there, click delete...
