hi have a sony ericsson mobile purchased from Kipa on the 27th October 2007 as a gift for someone..no longer needed its never been taken out of box brand spanking new !! kipa will not give me a refund as its not faulty !!!

I have receipt and warranty stamped by them as proof ..I paid 189.90 lira for the phone...

I am selling for £60 (145 lira) so saving £18 off selling price..its still in kipa for 189.90..
