Default Meremana Priest attacked in Izmir
Father Adriano Franchini, a Capuchin who has worked for 25 years in Turkey, had left Meryemana to go to a mission in Izmir and has been attacked, stab attempt I believe. He is wounded but not critical. The guy who done it was caught right away.

I cant find a link yet to this in english so I think this is the turkish one.
