Default Reductil

Anyone tried Reductil tablets from the chemist in Turkey - Been on them for 5 days no side affects you just lose the urge to eat un-necessarily.

They are a prescription drug in the UK and they can have side affects and you cant take them if you have certain coditon high blood pressure, epilepsy etc.

I wouldn't take pills like this, Reductil is an appetite suppressant and contains the drug sibutramine hydrochloride monohydrate, which was previously used to treat depression.....It seems unnatural to me If I wanted to stop eating, I'd use willpower. Or just eat healthily!!

Deanlo agree with you - havent had a bad meal in Turkey yet.

Im currently on day 5 with these tablets, needed to do something and well one of those at times of stress or need cheering up look towards food. Could be worse I guess could be an alcoholic, drug addict or take it out on the wife and kids. Anyway these don't stop me eating just thinking about food and associating things with food, doesnt make me feel full after a few mouthfuls either - but yes know of the side effects and touch wood im OK and they are working OK

In the UK Reductil is prescription only because of the danger of increased blood pressure, even with short term use regular monitoring is essential. If you fulfill the medical criteria, then you should have no problem getting them from your GP.
Sorry, not preaching just suggesting you take care

Sounds great, I ll try it. I know good old exercise and proper diets and all that are the best way. but in this heat I break into a sweat lifting my efes glass. I am getting rounder as the months go by and I am not eating to unhealthy infact its hard to be unhealthy in Turkey. I try to cut out carbs but here everyone forces bread and potatoes down you.
