Are you staying in a hotel for a week or two? If so then go out and have a look around areas you like. You will see plenty of signs on windows saying KIRALIK. Rent from an Emlak and you'll have to pay them the equivalent of 1 month's rent.

I live up on the Cevre Yol and there are quite a few rentals there. Rents start from around 500ytl per month unfurnished.

Hi Irishlass,

My friend's flat is available for long term rent. It's 1+1 fully furnished on a brand new coplex wit a cummunal pool. He is only looking for 400YTL per month for long term rent. It's in Ladies Beach. Let me know if you are interested and I will give you his contact details,

Faye
