Lightbulb Be aware

One of our Irish neighbours (who hasn't been over here for a while) was knobbled yesterday by the sitesi manager and taken to a lawyer's office where he was shown the court ruling etc against him and presented with a 6,000+ YTL bill for unpaid sitesi fees (including the fine he received in court). Its in your interests to get hold of the sitesi manager when you visit (if you don't live here) and find out what bills are due to the sitesi, that way you don't wind up with a big bill, AND a fine.

Wow, had he moved home in İsland and not given them his new address, surly he knew he had the pay maintenance.

Apparently, the new sitesi manager discovered that our neighbour hadn't paid his fees (ever) and as there's the build of new roads in the complex to pay for, his bill was a biggy.

Hi,

We bought in Kus a year ago. After we have bought we were unable to travel to Kus. We never saw our house again . Both my parents have cancer and I need to stay at home to look after them.

But I think it is very important to pay your sitesi fees, even if you are unable to take a holiday! If you don't pay, that is unfair towards the other owners.

We had difficulty to find out how we need to pay the monthly fee and how much. Our lawyer found out for us and now it is a piece of cake.

It is good that the sitesi manager tries to receive all the payments, otherwise your sitesi will become a mess and the houses will lose their value.

Rexa

We are currently arranging to pay all our fees (sitesi, water, electricity) monthly through our bank in Kus, so hopefully no headaches or surprises like that.

I find it easy paying by direct debit from my Turkish bank account to the site,
You can pay monthly rather than stump up the lot in advance !
