Several months ago we, the Panel, at the Koru Beni advertised for Club members to join our project and stated it was free !
My apologies, As we now have Charity Status, to be a Club member it will cost 1 ytl per month (payable by the year - 12ytl). to make things legal.
For this you will be able to come along to all the meetings, join in all the events, and if willing, to help with some of the fund-raising activities.
As you will see if you have read the posts, we intend to start fund raising for a "shelter" for the stray animals. We need as many Club Members as possible. There is no obligation but we, the Panel, have to collect as many of you as possible as we have to be voted in for positions and need nominees. If you would like to apply to become a Panel member please collect some forms from us and get your own nominees. I need at least 15 of you to nominate me (or I might get thrown out on my ear !!! Ha! Ha!)
Please post on here if you would like to help me carry on in this worthy cause.

Hi Umit,
There is no obligation to come to the meetings. We will have copies of the minutes and you can always read them. There will be few meetings anyway.
Would love to have you and mella as Club Members and whenever you are in Kusadasi you can always drop in to the Clinic. (you can do that anyway. but it nice being part of things.)

Yes, Mavi & Ally, I was cheeky enough to keep your names on my list, We were advised that free membership was illegal and we must charge - fortunately the amount turned out to be 12 ytl per year. So we are legal again !!! (I am learning as I go along)
Thanks so much to all of you who already volunteered to be Club Members. Hope you will get in touch again.
I will put an attachment on the Lost,Found & Adoption section, if you fill in the form you can return this to me and I will print them off. Then we will have a "get together" afternoon or evening and you can read the Laws of the Registration. It is in Turkish, so we will have to get this translated. (there are no hidden agendas) It really just says that you, as Club Members will be invited to all meetings held for the Koru Beni Charity, and can vote, and discuss developments for the cause. Also you will be invited to any events and will be notified of venues and times. (posted on Kusadasi.biz).

Thanks a lot Mella & Umit. for becoming Club Members. Between us all I am sure we can give some strays a better standard of life. Already we have a queue in the mornings outside the door when the stray cats come for breakfast. This is lovely as they actually try to come in to the Clinic (most have been spayed or neutered) and have become very friendly.
