Hi guys,
I am heading over to Kus on May 9th (Cant wait) I know this was discussed on other threads in the past, But can someone please list the days of Markets within easy travel from Centrum? I have been to a few different markets over the past few years but just cant recall the actual days they take place! Cheers Pat. |

Hi Pat,
Here's a thread about the 3 markets in Kusadasi (main one being on a Wednesday) here: Kusadasi Markets There is also a market in Selcuk on a Saturday, Soke on a Wednesday and Davutlar on a Sunday. |

Whats the best market? do you have to haggle like in Egypt or are things a fixed price? Cheers

My favorite is Selcuk Market, it's big enough and if you go early in the morning it's nice and peaceful. It's 20 minutes away from Kusadasi but you can easily get the dolmus (collective mini-bus taxi) there.
Yes you have to haggle. ![]() |

Thanks for that. We arrive late on Sunday afternoon and I was wondering would we have time to get to Davutlar before everything closes- maybe just. We leave on Saturday and are not back til August. Wait and see I suppose.
