They say make sure all electrical equiptment is tured off while on board the craft (not sure if this is just the case during take off and landing) But i have seen lots of people with gameboys ect so i cant imagine it to be a problem..

You should be fine Ruth, a few years ago they banned some items like gameboys, cd players etc but they seem to be allowing them again.

My nephew always takes his with him, & we have had no problems!!

Should keep your daughter quiet for at least some of the flight!!

Hi Ruth your daughter can take her gameboy with her on the plain, its not a problem! It just have to be shot off during take off and landing. that also goes for lap tops and discman/mp3.. think the only thing u have to keep closed now r your mobil phone!

Sue, I always take my mini disc player, listen to a few songs, read a few magazines, or my phrase book.

watch some of the TV they put on, that normally makes the time go faster.

Think the flight feels so long, as we just want to get there so badly!!
