This is our first time to Kusadasi and second to turkey. A few years ago we visited Olu Deniz and stayed in Hisaronu. Is there much pestering in Kusadasi? we found that we couldnt walk 500 meters without being dragged into bars and restaurants and after a while it got a bit much. Is it the same in Kusadasi?

there are new laws in Turkey that prevent the pestering, if a shop/bar/restaurant gets caugh hastleing people they can be closed down for a few days.
a few places have already seen this happen, so hassle is a lot lower key this year |

The hassle in Kusadasi is supposedly getting better. Of course you'll always get some, but the authority's have really come down hard about the hassling so hopefully there will be an improvement this year.

Thanks guys glad to hear it is improving i think the pestering is the one thing that lets turkey down. A friend of a friend stopped visiting because of it!

The pestering wasn't that bad last year because they started to close places that did it, i hope they do the same this year.
