minus points

room basic (web site says the are kitchen facilities but there wasnt in ours).
door locking system very poor.(we were burgled while we slept,so were 5 others.)
not much choice on food.
we were supposed to be all inclusive but apparently this does not include ice-cream.
very little entertainment in the hotel,table tennis & pool you have to pay extra for.
very steep hill coming back from marina.
hotel needs some work doing (a coat of paint would be a start).

plus points

nice big pool,cleaned everyday.
beer/wine very good.
most staff very friendly.
wonderful views (the best anywhere).
dolmus (mini-bus) service very good (& cheap).

in closing this hotel could be 5 star if someone would spend some money on it.
