I like using cell phones more than phone boots. I'd buy a prepaid card in Turkey.

They are called "Hazir Kart" right? Do I need Pasaport to buy SIM Card? Which Cep telefonu operator has the best rates for calling numbers outside Turkey?

P.S. After spending a horrible sum of money while roaming in Egypt's Vodafone and Mobinil networks last year, I can't afford such excitement again.
