Hi I was just browsing and found this site, I have been reading some of your experiences with property my husband and I had heard all the horror stories and were really worried, but we bought from two English Ladies who had lived in Kus a long time and they looked after us really well, If you want to buy furniture and electric goods the cheapest place is Ege Spot near the grave yard all the furniture for our 3 bed villa cost us only 3 thousand euros that included everything.

Only give a deposit for you new home and dont part with the rest until you get the deeds.

I dont recommend you buy from a waiter as previously suggested this is were most of the horror stories start.

And also congratulations on purchasing a villa in Kus!! My folks have also just bought some property in Kusadasi and i have to agree with you that Ege Spot is fantastic!! Really cheap and no problems what so ever with delivery or anything!!

Where abouts in Kus is your villa?
