I think Icmeler is the most beautiful resort i have been to, a real paradise!

Turunc was to quiet for me .... not much there at all.

I also think Icmeler is best, it is beautiful not as busy as Marmaris.
Claire did you ever go on the long path where there was a river flowing through the middle of it and there were bars and stalls selling things round the side, it was near the beach?

yeah i did ..... along by the canal (over the little bridges)

so pretty!!
Gorgeous hotels all the way along!

yeh it was, when i went to Marmaris we got the dolmus there because it was a lot better and we found a restaraunt that really was 100%.
I went to Turunc by water taxi one day and that day it poured down more than England there, which put me off it and also the fact that it is a military area as

Thats basically what we did ... we were staying in Marmaris, but prefered Icmeler, so got the Dolmus in most days (& a few nights)

we went to Turunc by doing one of the boat tours from Marmaris marina, only spent about an hour there, so just had a quick walk around & a drink on the beach front. we found it very expensive in comparison to Icmeler & marmaris. the beach was very small & over crowded (with all the people who had come in from the boat trips)

too much building! is it resort or a city? who allowed that buildings?
Kusadasi has only 2 advantages (If we compare Kusadasi with other resorts);
1- Ephesus and House of Virgin Mary
2- Bar Street.
