My husand and I are going to Kusadasi on a cruise for unfortunately only one day. This day will be a Sunday. We are wondering if the bazzar and other shopping areas will be open on a Sunday.

I hope you enjoy your day in Kusadasi, there is so much to see, i believe your cruise tour co-ordinators will offer you trips out to Ephesus, which is well worth it! a day in Kusadasi would also be nice, the central area has a lovely bazaar where you can shop until your heart is content!

A tip for you Krista. Have a walk round the shops first to check out prices and if you are asked "Have you come on the boat?" say you haven't, you're staying at the such-and-such hotel. Just find one on this site and use the name. If you say yes to coming from a ship, your prices quoted will be a little higher.

Hi Krista welcome hon, you will have a wonderful time in Kusadasi, even if only for one day, as Claire said, it would be lovely visit Ephesus and the House of the Virgin Mary, the Seven Sleepers or the Temple of Artemis, one of the great wonders of the world!

Also ther is a new super shopping mall built on the port for all of the cruise people which contains billions of designer stores so shop you heart out hon Have a drink in one of the bars, have a meal in one of the restaurants, you only have a day but make to most of it!
