..the missus is at the bingo(expats club) so i thought i would treat my self to something she do,snt like...i made surf & turf, butterfly steak filled with smoked salmon and chopped large prawns, horseradish sauce and dill, french fries ,buttered spinach with nutmeg, and a big glass of ayran,after that i had some danish blue cheese with crackers..now i,m stuffed..well i might manage a tubourg..lol

Got a great big chicken yesterday, so doing a typical sunday roast with stuffing and mint sauce, our Batty,s made up when we have chicken, loves the stuff and usually gets most of it

Im doing a big wok full of chicken chow mein tonight so that theres plenty left when i come in from the pub.....when i lived in uk i used to get a nice piece of cod and brush it with a bit of melted butter then squeeze a bag of crisps till they were all small bits and pat them all over the fish and bake in the oven for about half an hour--luvvly!! kib

Kib that sounds a bit strange with the packet of crisps... but.. worth a try..
was it salt n vinegar flavour crisps??

I am not in the mood to cook tonight.... I think its dial a dinner tonite..

..tonight was easy ..smoked pork sausage,smoked bacon, fried oyster mushrooms ,tomatoes ,fried egg , baked beans, onion rings and chips..greedy bas***d i hear..lol
