The hotel im getting married in the the one i showed ye in the pics before, its a beautiful place! Its all booked including the honeymoon suite he he he

When i was over in Turkey in May, i tried on a few dresses in a wedding shop in a small town called Menemem i think it is and there was one which was fab and i had to have it! It was also the most expensive ha ha, so i think they've just finished making my new one and when i go over on the 11th im gonna pick it up straight away! Though i dont trust myself ha ha, im gonna wanna walk around in it all day when i get it I also got the shoes there, the veil, the flowers bla bla bla!

The hotel is booked, deposit paid and its a really great deal, this is something fab about Turkey. Im not doing any of the stuff like organising flowers and camera men etc, the hotel is getting them all for me so it saves me a lot of hassle. They are getting the live band, the camerman, the photographer, the flowers etc as well as the obvious things like the food etc, my dad is the number on pastry chef in Ireland so he is making the wedding cake, no one makes them like him, hes an artist...

I sent my documents to the Department of Foreign Affairs in Dublin a month and a half ago to get my "Certificate of Freedon to Marry Abroad" and they were supposed to send info to the Irish Embassy in Ankara for Sami to collect and then we can get married. However they caused me a bit of stress which i only got sorted yesterday! It said on the letter they sent me originally, "Do not send in documents 4 months before the Wedding" (this is because the sworn affidavit of a solicitor only lasts for 3 months) and i though "Oh great i have a bit of time to do this". However the next time i checked it, it said in really small writing on the back of the page that you must send it in a least 3 months before the wedding and i was like WHAT oh crap its less than 3 months before the wedding. I thought that was really misleading and i was panicking in case they wouldnt let us get married! So i got it done with the solicitor and sent in info straight away. Got a receipt back from Dept of Foreign Affairs a few days later and was relieved and they were supossed to send documents to Irish Embassy in Ankara to be issue to Sami. That was 5 or more weeks ago and Sami was calling Ankara and they said they had nothing and i needed to get back onto Dublin. So it was back and forth for ages and the 2 of us were panicking. Eventually Dublin faxed the info through to Ankara again and Ankara have confirmed they got the documents and will issue my certificate of freedon to marry in Turkey to Sami next week! The stress of it! And then the marriage registry office in Foca said they wanted a copy of my passport, 5 passport pics and a copy of my original longform Birth Certificate........aaahhhh...theres a lota documentation involved, but anyway Sami has that now and hes sending it to the marriage registry office at the moment!

Im trying to think of other things...

Hmm the hotel are getting a live band for us, no idea who they are ha ha...i think the meal is like 5 courses or more, il be bursting out of the dress ha ha...they are also gonna have somebody who can speak english and turkish to marry us in both languages...cool huh, the hotel are really great to be honest they are doing everything for us!

Ah well what else could you expect from a hotel owned by the Turkish Mafia lmao , however really i wont be complete without a good old fahioned gunfight! For those of any of you who will be there i will be putting on a little dispaly of profesional Irish dancing, il be leaving it till the end of the night though, can you imagine me all sweaty, make up running off my face lol, i dont think so, il do it at the end of the night! My mam and dad want me too , they always do, typical proud parents lol

I might put on a little bit of a show in Kitty's Bar aswell, the owners asked me last year but i didnt have my dancing shoes ha ha, so i couldnt, this time i will! When i come back to Kusadasi after the wedding we are gonna have a little champagne reception in Kitty's wahoo, some of the boys will be at the wedding so that will be nice too
