Default Cleaner needed for our holiday home

I have just bought a house near ladies beach and need a cleaner to go in once tourist have left, to clean the house and wash the bedding and towels. Does anyone know of a cleaner who charges a reasonable amount and also who does a good job?

English speaking would be better to make communication a little bit easier.

Default Cleaning rip off

I cant believe some of our Turkish friends are not offering a cleaning service at a good rate.
Ive had two quotes of around £25-30 for a clean and wash of bedding and towels.(Total Ripoff)
Thats probably 2 days money for 4 hours work.
a total rip off ,there a gap in the market here for people with a good service at a good price.
I know the whole of our site is looking for the service.

I think to clean a house from top to bottom, and wash and dry all bedding and towels £25-£30 is reasonable.

You have got to be looking at 4 or 5 hours work. My washing machine takes about 2 hours.. and then 2 hours to dry. That would be £6 - £7 an hour. About reasonable for a cleaner?

I have agreed £50 a throw with my neighbour but I have a slightly more personal service and she will watch over the property 24/7.

She is also going to stock up with milk, water and bread on arrival day and help out my tenants and little things like that..

Crumbs.. I wouldn't mind being your neighbour seabro..

I pay £35 for a clean in the Ladies Beach area and thought that was a bit steep to be honest. Maybe I should think again??
The hourly rate you worked out seems a good rate for somebody to clean a house.. my friend pays less that that to have house cleaned here in the UK!!

Right,.. I am off to be a cleaner in Kusadasi. This time next year I will be a miwion air!! hahahaha

İ pay 100ytl (approx 40stg) for 2 days a week with my turkish cleaner. She is there for each day for maybe 3 or 4 hours, plus does whatever washing there is. İ dont think thats dear at all.
İ dont think turkish people will charge any less than foreigner cleaners.

ally,

Would it be possible for you to give me details of your cleaner? I will be in Kusadasi in September and I would like to appoint a cleaner. 100ytl seems reasonable for twice a week.

If you have contact numbers etc that would be great.

Hi to all. For anyone who would like to find a very good person to help you out with cleaning, cooking, babysitting etc, İ know of an English woman who is very hard workıng and charges very little for the standard of her work. İ am new to this way of talking to people, so if you need to know more, let me know how to contact you. take care and enjoy.......
