Nice one Umit only seen the airport and the road out of Izmir and a bit of centrum area by Hilton hotel, will make a point of visiting for real next time im over, very very soon i hope

I live in izmir also.The pics are good.I have lots of izmir pics.But one of them is really wonderfull.You cant see a snow in izmir.But one day there was.You can easly find this photo when you just write "izmir" to the image serch part of google...

Izmir looks wonderfull, very pretty and coloufull, I think now that Id like to visit, at some point.

We've been also in Izmir for a day... but I'm sorry, I cannot say that it gave us nice memories
We went there on a sunday. All we saw was Turkish men, rarely some women, and no tourist at all. All men were staring to us (two girls) and we felt not at ease at all
Then we wanted to visit Kadifekale by bus, but a Turkish boy came to warn us not to go there on a sunday afternoon, explaining us in very poor english that it was dangerous, that there were bad men who would grab us etc... We didn't know exactly what he ment, but we took the first bus back to Kusadasi

We also went to a kind of park, that was nice, very quiet and a lot of Turkish families were there and women came there to meet each other.

But we liked city itself, and have nice pictures of it
