![]() I recommend a danish outfit called De Danske Vægtkonsulenter. Itīs basically a low carb programme. You are allowed a minimum of amount of bread a day: for guys itīs 90 g and max. 100 g Pasta or Potato. Sugar is banned, instead we use artificial sweetners for our desserts. We are allowed 5 fruit a day and have to eat a minimum of 600 grams of vegetableīs and max 1000g. Also min. and max. 4 eggs a week, liver once a week (this is the turn off for most dieters but itīs essential for the skin and vitamins) and then plenty of poultry, fish and fat removed/drained meets such as pork and beef. Then we add vegetable fat (15 gram of Olive Oil) or 30 g low fat mayo a day. We are allowed a lot of milk products. Especially Turkish yoghurt which is ideal for the desserts. I add sweetner and (full)chocolate powder and Essenceīs. Very yummy! Iīve lost 25 kilo in 3 months! It raises the metabolism and men tend to shed a lot weight quickly. i am laughing so much at those pictures!!!!!!!!!!!!!Seriously tho Hep .... thats LOADS to loose in 3 mths!! well done mate! Ive been trying for ohh at least 10 years now & lost no where near that amount!!! ![]() |

Wow, congrats on losing that amount of weight, Heph! You must have a lot of will power to stick to a rigid eating plan. Nice one.. I think you should show us some pics of you and put us out of our misery ![]() |

Well done Heph thats excellent, i dont particularly need to loose weight as such, but even when i try (cos lets face it, us women have a distorted view of ouselves ha ha) i cant shift anything. Id literally have to starve myself, and i dont want to ....cos i like to eat!!

"Just for once Pats, I want to be able wear clothes and not be marked by them. Thanx for the kind words Claire, Mella and Shannon! I donīt know if I have photoīs of me at me biggest...Iīll have to look. Loosing weight is a real b'tch! But I find the worst part really the first 4 days and the psychological aspect before. But I self medicate with food...sugar. So you have to check-in with yourself all the time and make sure you set boundries and exclude negative influences *family, friends, old habbits. Iīve chucked the TV! Itīs not when your down, you fall of the wagon. Itīs actually when your happy and think you have everything sorted, figured out and seemingly in control when things go wrong. The plan stabilizes the sugar levels...so you donīt crave sugar. Sugar is my enemy! |
