after spending a lot of time in Kusadasi, it has been a few year since I have been

I used to go to a bar called Orient on Kahramlar Caddesi, near red and white Steak HOuse. I had a friend worked there /part owner possibly- I can't remember! He is Called Ibo (Ibrahim) for various reasons we lost contact but this year I will be in Kusadasi

So would like to know if anyone knows if this bar still exists and if Ibo is still around?

Also how much has Kusadasi changed in 3 years?

If you're talking about the red & white steakhouse then you're talking about a long time ago. My hubby says Ibo is still around town but he doesn't know where he is working.

I remember the red and white steak house also from 17 years ago!

Ibo is working in a small cafe/bar not far from Orient next door to an icecream shop - sorry I can't remember the name of it. Go past the arch and its either the 2nd or 3rd opening. He told us last year that his family decided to rent out Orient - maybe if you ask the new tenants they will be able to point you in the right direction.

Thanks everyone- It is 3 or 4 years since I have been. I have managed to track down all of my old aquaintances I think now, so am looking forward to having a good catch up when I go this summer!
