Now then, I've heard that there are some very decent jewellry shops in Turkey that offer goods at very decent prices. Is this true? Are there any good Jewellry shops in Kusadasi? I'm primarily after silver as my girlfriend prefers silver than gold.

there are lots of good jewellery shops in the centrum area of kusadasi & they do seem to be very good value! (especially the silver!)
definatley have a look round at a selection of the shops before you buy & dont forget to haggle!!

Yeah as Claire said there are loads and you'll be spoilt for choice.

I remember walking past one jewellery shop and their slogan outside the door was ''Cheaper than Shoplifting'' hehe made me giggle anyway

i like Freddys jewellers, decent stuff but not that cheap but if you look you'll find a bargin!

Yes, some really excellent superb shops and reasonable deals!
We pass by an old guy who has tiny shop in the centrum (pedestrianized area). He´s so lovely. And he never hassle´s. ANd he´s even repaired some of my mum´s old stuff for free.

Freddys jewellers is the best in kusadasi, the guy that owns it has won awards for being the best diamond supplier in Turkey, just call in and see his certificates they are very impressive and fantastic quality jewellrey and great service highly recommended
