Hello everybody,

First of all i am glad because of the existens of this forum - İ have been visiting Kusadasi (have 2 summerhouses) every year for the last 10 years but never knew that there was a webforum like this. Normally i am living in Denmark but have been studying part of my education in İstanbul (Bogazici) - and at the moment İ am working at the Danish Trade Council in İstanbul. However; for those of you who are interested in a summerhouse/villa in kusadasi - then i do have one for sale in Kusadasi/Davutlar. İt is a place surrounded by many many summerhouses and probably the place where you find the best beach in Kusadasi. The summerhouse is 100-150 m. from the beach and has sea-view (triplex, 2 balconies and one terasse, 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets, a livingroom with a walk in kitchen) - and best of all a very good price compared with many real-estates. Your place sound wonderful.. and just like the others have said, it would be nice to see some pictures.
I will be honest.. a 4 bed villa is far to big for my needs.. it doesn't stop me wanting to be nosey enough to want to look at it.

Sounds Interesting!! I'm In the throughs of buying, not paid my deposit yet!! thought I'd get home and give it some more thought first, as it appears to be a buyers market in Kus at present..
