Hello
The atkins deit worked for me, you lose the weight fast,and it stays off so long you don't eat too many carbs once you have lost the weight.
You need to get the information on this deit
You will feel like poo for about 2 weeks because its like a drug ( carbs)
But i lost a stone in the first 2 weeks
Lost 2 stone in tolal and now are happy with my body,has made me feel youger and sexy

It's fairly simple. If you have more chins than the Chinese Phone book, all you have to do is;

Eat less. (junkfood)
Exercise more.
Everything in moderation.

I have to agree with you Carmella, I just didn't want to say it.

Eat less and more more! That is the only way to lose weight, and stay healthy.

I have done the "fad diets".. The Atkins, The eat yourself slim diet,the skimmed water and low fat lemon juice diet, (ok the last one is made up, but it's no more silly thay the others)

the Atkins did work BUT, it's not a diet that you can continue on without the risk of some serious health problems.

The bottom line is.. if you are healthy, why are you beating yourself up to fit an image that somebody else wants? I bet you are lovely just as you are!!

Yeah, I concur - none of the diets are a good idea. It's all about healthy eating and exercising. All these faddy diets are pure shite. I mean, look at it like; Mella Theory.. If any of these diets actually worked, then why do they keep inventing new crazier one's. Every month you see 'Celeb on new XXX diet' etc..because the bottom line is they do not work otherwise we'd have stuck to the previous one, or the one before that etc. Am I making ANY sense? hahaha probably not.

Just don't diet..It's SO much better to loose weight slowly. As the quicker it comes off - the quicker it goes straight back on. And Leonardo Da Finchie's right, if you are healthy, then there's no need to loose weight. I blame the media and their slim = beautiful rubbish. I'm slim..and I know it, but I tell ya what nearly half my mates have great bodies yet still think they are fat. It's absurd!

Forget what other people think, all that matter's is that you are comfortable with your body and yourself.

Bwhaha..Look at this dude, unless you look like that, then I dont think theres a reason to worry;

Seriously though dietīs F-up your metabolism.The more you try these damned diets the slower it becomes to shift the bloody weight! So diets are a definate no no! Iīd get advice from a nutrionist and then start excercising! You cannot loose weight and keep it off without excerscise.

Basically to loose weight you need to burn more calories than your taking in. By building muscle and doing cardio your body continues to burn fat even after youīve stopped excercise. Also there are other benefitīs like when you loose weight through excercise the weight distributes itself better - so your body looks better.

The only way to lose weight is to change your lifestyle,it is for the rest of your life. You must eat less and exercise. There is no other way, I have tried everything to loose weight. If you don`t change your lifestyle the only other way is cosmetic surgurey.. and that is expensive... Best of luck
