And are looking forward to it, as one estate agent got back too us 2 days after comfirming appiontment and told us that the villa we were going to veiw has now GONE UP IN PRICE by four thousand pounds.
We are not going to veiw with them NOW

i can recomen a good book about buying a property in turkey
THE SUNDAY TIMES Buying a property in turkey
by john howell and tim locke price £13.99
This has alot of legal issues in it and a detail account of the buying process.
For examlpe who sould own it as this can effect how you get taxed on it as a result of selling or if death.If you do not make the right dessision it could cost you thousands.
I did not mean to sound morbid,but only a suggestion of help as this was something that has only just come to my attention
