Hi, Im going to Kusadasi for a week's hol. Im on the weight watchers diet and want to keep up my weight loss. I am wondering what kind of healthy food is available in Kusadasi? Will it be difficult to keep up my weight loss in Kusadasi?

well i think it isnt hard unless you drink alot, i think when your in a hot country running doing lots of things you loss weight, i lots a few pound when there and i was drinking alot, now i am on a diet to but when i go to kusadasi i just party and dont care until i come home again.

Xena - are you doing self-catering?
There is a lot of fantastic fruigt & veg in Kusadasi. Best in the world! You must go to the markets! Also a lot of bread - so watch out for that! Also most turkish dishes are really healthy, lotīs of natural yoghurt, tomato based sauces, lots of spices to keep metabolism up! They use a lot of olive oil - but that is really good for you! I donīt think youīll put on any weight! We have never put on weight down there. But I donīt drink a lot of alcohol! |
