Default Feedback Required

Hi
We have been seeing a few individuals selling villa's lately and posting pictures of them also. Can any of them feedback as to how the market is at present. For example are there many viewers and or what find of prices are people seeing as reasonable. When so removed form turkey you tend to hear little relaible reports from estate agents etc. but on here we could get a better feeling amongst like minded people. Ant feedback appreciated.

Default house prices in kusadasi

Hi Tony,
we have just returned from kus, we have a villa we bought last year ( we are not selling).
As to house prices they have gone up a lot this year, in some cases depending on what you paid initially they have doubled and more.
As i understand it house sales do very well over the winter period, people from england will tend to pay £30,000-60,000 price region in general.
Irish will pay more, could be they have more money as Ireland is booming so can look in the higher price regions and tend to buy on a site with lots of irish in fact i heard there is a whole site of irish somewhere in kus.
General advice seems to be dont sell unless you have to, as things change in turkey and do improve eventually the prices are going up and when everything is sorted on your complex your house will be worth a lot more.
Hope this answers some of your ???.
Joyce
