how do i find out who is online ?? and can i like just speak to them ???

It says at the bottom of the main forum page the users that are online.

You can speak to them by replying to threads, but you gotta stay on topic.

Or because you have over 10 posts you can use the PM (Private Message) system.

You'll get the hang of it after awhile.

I mean you made your own website, so i'm sure using a forum won't be that tough.

No sorry, unfortunately you can't do this yourself.

Only the Admin can change it.

you can put that in your signature if you want .. then it shows on every message you post!

Oh yeh that's a good idea, Claire!

Adi do that mate - Just goto USER CP (top left hand corner) and Click EDIT SIGNATURE. Then you can write whatever you want and it will appear under your post each time you write a message.
