Cool Watersports in Kusadasi

Hi there! Just got back from a trip to Kusadasi to check out the villa we've bought (off plan) - everything going well, we can't wait to move out there next summer, we love Kusadasi!

I'm a big watersports enthusiast, and surf and kitesurf back here in the UK, can anyone tell me where the nearest place to surf is? Do any beaches around Kusadasi get good waves in the winter? Also where is the nearest place to Kitesurf? I can't find anyone offering Kitesurfing in Kusadasi at present, is this something thats not been seen there yet?

Thanks for your help.
The Goodies

Thanks Umit, I thought Cesme might be the nearest surf spot. Has anyone seen kitesurfing done on long beach? Would it be allowed in the winter when the beach is quiet? I hope so as our villa is only 10 minutes walk from the sea, so it would be great to kitesurf on our beach.
