The location is fantastic!!
Ladies beach is in my opinion one of the nicest areas of Kusadasi. There is so much in that small area, that you really dont 'need' to go anywhere else. everything is within walking disatnce, & the centrum is just a few mins by dolmus!

They look quiet pricey for Turkey, but they also look gorgeous!.. so id say you got yourself a nice property!
