You know the prices are increasing rapidly in Turkey last 3 years , here is our question :
What is the maximum amount that you would like to invest for a second house in Turkey ? A) 0 - 35.000 eur B) 35 - 65.000 eur C) 65 - 100.000 eur D) 100 - 135.000 eur E) 135 - 165.000 eur F) 165 - >> (1 eur is approx 0.66 Sterling) |

It would depend on how much you could afford to invest. The more your invest, the larger the profit if values go up. But I think that the type of property and location etc is more imprtant. For example, if you want to rent it out, then it has to be adeqaute to cater for your target market.

Im not sure i would fancy spending more than 100,000 euros.
The property market has risen so quick over there its hard to see exactly where it goes from here.Although i think many will pay up to 150,000 Luckily i was in quite early so the rewards are greater for me. |

Prices are still increasing but i am afraid of the birdflu , in short term it may give problems
