Hi Umit,

Do you have any info on buying agricultural land (e.g. a zeytinlik arsi)? Did the rules change? I m very confused about this.

The link to the turkish consulate in London didnt make me any wiser: foreigners can buy agricultural land if it is within town borders, but not in villages.....

In november I heard we can buy land under the new law but there has to be "a building permit on it" What can be considered as a building permit?

My ideal is a plot of agricultural land that i can buy*as a foreigner and where I can built on (certain percentage, allowing for a 120 sq m house).

thanks for any info you might have

Dirk

Hi Dirk

You can buy agricultural land in Kusadasi , or lets say zeytinlik. Mostly these kind of places has %5 building permision.
I think you are looking for a farm house or a villa within green.
I know some places where you buy for cheap . Because of %5 building permission you have to buy at least 2.000m2 land.I can advise some places for you but first i have to know some things
1) Do you want / prefer a place with sea view ?
2)How far can it be from Kusadasi center ?
3)Whats the budget ?

You can also pm these to me then i can tell you where you have to look.
Take Care

Hi John,

Thanks a lot for the reply. We look more for a +/-1000 sq m land or even konut imarli land of 300 to 800 sq m. The budget is rather limited : 0 to +/- 28.000 euro.
It doesnt have to have sea view. Not to isolated (near a village or town), not necessarily kusadasi region, we are even looking at datça or even further east or more to the west, up to seferhisar region. We d like green and peacefull surroundings and the garantuee that we wont have a sitesi development next door.
We just want land with the idea to build on it in 10-15 years (already have kusadasi apt)
let me know if you have something interesting.

Dirk

I dont think I spoke to you in november....

We love Kirazli, that is fine, we love the Güzelçamli area too but we really dont mind going further out to find the right place for the right price.

Keep me informed!

Dirk

thanks a lot!!! I hope they will stay!
And when were are in Kus next time, it would be a nice idea for you to talk to my hubby, he's an IT consultant. Not that you need any advice, this site is great!! But it might be nice for you two to talk about spaceships together (private jole : i always says he's talking like a startrek episode when he gets carried on about IT with some friend?)

Sevgiler
