Its that time of year hep ... apparently the top 'new years resolution' for 2006 is to lose weight! (although i am sure it is the top every year!)

There are SO many out at the mo though, it's ridiculous. Go into HMV and practically the only new DVD's out right now are workout ones. It's the same every year.. *Yawn!*
