Default offplan in Davutlar

I have just put a deposit on triplex, Davutlar. The development is next door to the Natur-med Hotel and Spa, accross the road from the Tanzas supermarket. The site appears to have the perfect backdrop of the Dilek mountians and from the roof terrace (2nd floor), pamoramic views of Millipark mountians, Samos and Kusadasi area. We prefer to be away from the busier areas, the atmosphere, setting and views are important to us. How idyllic is this site and the Davutlar area in general. How good is paradise and love beach, what facilities are along the beach. We will be travelling out in the spring to check the place out

Hi Steve

Davutlar is a lovely town about 17kms from Kusadasi. Far enough to be away from it all but close enough if you fancy a night out.
My mum has owned a villa at the harbour in Guzelcamli for 3 years now and she loves the area. So İ`ll have to tell her to expect to hear lots of fellow northern ireland accents when she`s in Tansas.

Default beaches

Hi Alison

How good are the nearby beaches, what facilities do they have, what watersports, restaurants and bars are along the beach area. Where is the nearest beach for watersport, windsurfing and kayaking, etc

The beach at Davutlar is Long Beach although it has been unofficially sectioned off into names like Love Beach, Paradise Beach, Silver Beach etc. It is approx 20kms long, the sand is soft and the water clear.
There is also an Aqua Park on Long Beach; the "Sahil Siteler" dolmus from Davutlar to Kusadasi will drop you off outside.
İm not sure if you can hire windsurfing equipment but there are jetski`s, pedalos etc.
Restaurants/bars are pretty much scattered along the beach. One of the member Kievjk has a house near Love Beach (that would probably be your nearest section) so he could be able to tell you what is around that area.
