Default Hello from the sunny island of trinidad :)
hello everyone,

I am from a little island called Trinidad,situated in the caribbean,maybe you've heard of Jamaica..Grenada...St.Lucia.... well ..we are all a part of the same chain of islands....now you are probably wondering how and why i joined...I joined beacuse i would like to learn more about Turkey..the people the culture ,politics etc.oh yes and most importantly about the FOOD!!!

Did any of the Hurricanes affect you this year?? Poor Florida got hammered 4 times!! :|

I loooove iskender, and also piliç, bonfile and kuzu firin...i serve them all at work and just wish i could eat the dish instead of taking it to the table!!

I love meze aswell, my favourites are humus and borek!
