We bought a new 4 detatched villa last year and it is now available for rent (apart from 4 weeks in July - because I will be enjoying myself there!)

Hi, new to all this.

My hub and I are looking to buy a property in Turkey and have been looking in the Kusadasi area. One of the properties we are looking at is on Peach Grove Phase II. We have never been to Turkey but have been attracted by the same things everyone else talks about, investment opportunities. We wondered as you have a villa already in that area if you could give us any info about the area, particularly the beach,restaurants, shops etc and whether you've had much interest in rental.

Hi there

Just read your thread re Peach Grove Resort. We are extremely happy about our villa. It made our dreams come true... The builder is excellent and he is well recommended. You will not be disapointed with the workmanship. Our complex has now been finished and we are very pleased with it. Peach Grove 2 looks nice also. We bought our property last feb and is now worth over £20,000 more. The beach is lovely for kids - very safe and plenty to do in the season. Water parks are fab too. There are lots to do around the area and it is great for shopping. Really cheep to eat out. The turks are lovely people and will help whenever they can. I would go for it.
