The house is being completely refurbished that is why there are no photo's. Updated photo's will be on there soon!

It is having everything done to it bring it up to a very high standard and it is due to finish around the end of February. Keep an eye on the site for more info. And thanks for the comments on the site, much appreciated!

i know where your villa is, just up from the beach before the turn off which takes you down to bird island. I stayed on the same sitesi there last year and the place is the best location that I have stayed on due to it being so close to the sea and it is so easy walk down to bird island and into town.

Your prices are very good and I will be in touch to book with you later in the year (that is if it is not booked out by then).

With british airways now flying to Izmir, that must be a bonus for you?

hi hope yoy do not mind me getting back to you on this but my partner is going out to kusadsi 12 of feb to our villa and hopes to get a kitchen arranged to be done.We have been told by another member on this forum that we should be able to get a nice one done for under £500.00
Don't know if this is realistic,can you recomend any help.As we are just starting to get stuff done.We are hoping the complex manager who has just had his done might be able to help because its hard getting anything done for a fair price as sometimes you are seen as a walking money machine.Which i am not able to keep up with even if i was.

I have a very trustworthy company looking after the refurbishment. Rubab and Danny both use this forum and they own a company called Peace of Mind Property Management.

Speak to them and they will help you out and will not treat you as a walking cash machine like many other people will

Their website is www.mypomtr.com they can also help you out with transfers, cleaning and general mangement of your villa once you leave. Have a word with them and I am sure that they will do all they can to help you out.

They may even show your wife my Villa as an example of what they do.

how are you going to do the tax thing when you do rent your villa, just asking because its hard knowing how to go about this.
