i will develope it much more with extra fields (city, price, type ..etc)... really this is a begining.
i also need to know how can i know a real estate company is realiable or not...

Perhaps you can name the real estate company on the forum and members can then express opinions if they were good or bad, if you get good reports on them they would be allowed to advertise until any members complain of bad service.

yes, it may be a solution but it is open to trolling. i mean malicious persons can visit the forums and write bad things about their competitors and i can not understand it is real or not...

Unit ask for there registration number, how long they have been in business and proof of this, references from satisfied customers with contact e-mail address, and more if you want it could be a lot of work so i think you should charge companies for using the site

I agree...I'm sick of all the plumbers/builders/electricians/taxi drivers in Kusadasi who think its easy money selling property to unsuspecting Brits! It gives us reputable agents a bad name and it would be great to have a way of sorting the wheat from the chaff!
