Marlyn: This is a very good idea I might be interested, but the details could be clearer, e.g. I can't figure out the cost of service level 2. Is it 18 ytl monthly, and if so, does that mean a monthly cost of 36 ytl for both service levels?

Also, there's a lot included in level 1 compared to level 2.

The cost of "extras" might be a factor too. For example, some property management services charge astronomical prices for welcome packs which could be purchased at the local shop for a few ytl. Maybe when you have had time to think it through you could give us a clearer idea of charges.

It is definitely a good idea, and if enough people joined you should be able to get discounts for some services.
