Has anyone bought in this complex? If so how did it go and was everything ok and above board. Would be grateful for any info .

I don't know am dealing direct with the builder they are pink in colour and up beside Olive Grove. Site seems to be finished

The site is not far from our home .
But all the homes seem to only be sold by one or two agents to only Irish people so prices maybe high.
Though the site looks good whats the point of going to Turkey and not living with Turkish people ?
The site where we are has a 50/50 mix and is great.

I agree Ben, much nicer to live in a mixed community.
Otherwise it can end up feeling like a holiday village that could be anywhere on the med.
I guess everybody wants something different from their home abroad.

İ was thinking that myself but didnt want to say. İ wouldnt dream of buying a house in a foreign country where all my neighbours were from my own country. Whats the point in buying?

hi maca, we have bought a villa on the emerald complex, and, couldnt be happier with it. lovely people, who, cant do enough for you. we bought ours last year and have been over twice to see it. going over again in may. send me your mail address and will send you some piccys of our villa and surrounding area.

blue eyes, all we did was open an account at the local bank and leave some money in it, then just have a standing order for your electric and water. payments are made straight from the bank.
