There is a newbuilding project of 3 blocks not far from Ladies Beach and Hotel Palmin which is called the Klaros Residence . It looks a very nice project and I might be interested to buy an appartment there although the price level is not low . .
Does anyone has any experience with this project or has anyone bought an appartment there and wishes to shares his/her experience ?

Acc. to the agent the price range varies from +/- 55.000 EUR for a 1 bedroom studio up to abt. 90.000 EUR for a 2 bedroom appartment , depending from location , seaview , poolview , streetview , floor etc.. .
Do you know this project or does anyone from the forum knows it ?

If you would like to know more about that property my husband can find out for you. We live in Kusadasi. So it would not be a problem for us.


Also, there is a project (I cannot think of the name I can send you the name tomorrow or the next day) it is near Ladies beach with awesome views of the sea. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room on the first floor start at 95,000 euro--this is the "Turkish price"...

Hi Jamie ,

Thanks for your offer to find out more abt. this newbuilding project .
It seems to be situated nearby the Palmin Hotel and just a few hundreds of meters from the West Hotel . The project is still under construction and is
planned to be finished by Aug./Sept. this year . The builder is the Klaros Construction Company . More info van be found on their website .
Is this project now more familiar or could you collect some information ?
Your findings can also be usefull for other visitors of this forum .
