All about me. I live in Plymouth, S.W. England. I've visited Turkey a few times and liked the people and country so much, I am buying a
villa in Kusadasi.
I think over the next few years prices will go up, so I thought best to buy now.
There's been talk of scams in the Turkish real estate market:anybody
been swindled?
I got to Kus' a month ago by flying to Istanbul -Izmir, for £300, pricey but I understand that route is open year round. Any advice? :wave:

there are a few members on the site in the same situation as you! in the process of buying or thinking about buying a property)

I think the turkish real estate industry is the same as anywhere else in the world, just be careful who you are dealing with!! shop around etc..

During the summer mths (May - October) there are a lot more options regarding flights. cheapest is always the charter flights that are run by the Uk package holiday companies. all of them will sell you 'flight only' and can be as little as £99 per person from LGW to Izmir.
