Default Buying a Holiday Home

Hi there,

We have always enjoyed holidaying in Turkey and thought about buying a a family holiday property in Kusadasi?

I would be grateful for any views from forum members as to what I should be looking for location wise and what I could expect to spend.

Thanks in anticipation.

Nick

Hello;

I think the best way is to come here and search a reliable real estate agency. But this may little bit hard becuase we got complaint emails about real estate agencies.

At this time, i do not recommend to you to find houses via internet and real estate websites. I couldnt find any reliable one. And I heard lots of real estate scam here.

How can you find a reliable real estate agency?
They must have very big and rich office with lots of properties.
They must have lots of happy customers.

Please prevent yourself from scammers, especially; on the net...

Default Good Advice

Thanks for that advice KG. I must admit I did have a look and there do seem to be plenty of Real Estate Agents advertising their Services and it does look as if there is plenty of opportunity to be taken for a ride.

Maybe a holiday is in order to check things out?

Cheers!
